The product is exactly what was ordered online and according to specifications. David is very prompt in his replies and assistance in the artwork. We went through a few rounds of changes before finalising the artwork and he has been very helpful.
The product was ordered for our company 10th Anniversary celebrations in Singapore as anniversary momento to staff and clients. The delivery was ahead of schedule and every item was printed correctly without any issues.
Overall, the purchase experience was very smooth. The only tough part in the beginning was to choose the bear that is most suitable, but once that is done, rest of it is smooth sailing without any hiccups.
